I saw @genevievelily_music at Summer Hill Town Hall a few weeks ago while I was on my way to go day clubbing to see @chaosinthecbd_ , in the CBD. Yea, very repetitive. I know. I told myself I’d stay for five minutes. I ended up staying for twenty. There was something intimate and grounding about her acoustic set. I don’t know why.
I came back to see her play live again, because I think her voice is magical. You should definitely watch her while you can.
Of course, I took some photos of the audience as usual.
